I would like to start by expressing appreciation for the partnership with ATL over the last several years. ATL has consistently demonstrated strong collaboration through its driver group, with a team that reliably supports customer needs and maintains clear communication from top to bottom. When issues arise, Brook has consistently ensured that they notify me and the customer immediately, which helps maintain transparency and trust throughout the process. Overall, their approach has supported safe and efficient operations, including ensuring that loads are secured properly and handled without product damage, which has been essential to maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. I would also like to acknowledge the professionalism shown across all roles involved, as the coordination and responsiveness contribute meaningfully to the success of our shared operations
